I bought this to find out what it might have in the sense of strategies because it is written by an NLP Master Practitioner. Mistakenly I thought there would be some new and interesting strategies here and yet there is the interesting info about why women have problems sleeping and then there is the 'sleep hygiene' information, which is good and useful, however all of which already exists in a decent google search.I was looking for something new and specifically strategies for sleep and did not find it.
Otherwise a well written and thought out book.

The facts about the nature of sleep are useful and presented clearly. It would be more useful if it included some techniques for relaxation such as self hypnosis, NLP patterns, and EFT processes.
